WIM; thumbnails 110-118
For these thumbnails I focused more on the shading of the buildings than the texture so as to create an unwelcoming, yet welcoming, feeling and decide which of these will be my final concept art. I'm in between 110, 115 and 118.
Oh yes, I'm enjoying the 'de Chirico' factor here, Sandy! :). I like the long shadows. For me 118 is doing that thing where really everything is focusing us on the floor, so we're encouraged to look 'between' the interesting stuff. For this reason, I actually prefer 117.
