Hey Sandy - can I suggest you start sorting your various elements onto their own separate design sheets - so perhaps think of creating 'asset-specific chapters' in your Art Of - so you can gather together the different phases of their development into sections? I think it will a) make more sense this way and b) make your life easier when it comes to putting together your project documentation. Another bit of advice then is to establish a template for your design sheets - so, you've maybe consider a bit of project-branding - for example; put your city's name on the top-left of the design sheet and the name of the specific asset on the bottom right corner + the specific title, so 'Orthographs' for example. Think of it as establishing a format you can use throughout :)
